Here is my experience at the Gardens branch.

After a short consultation at the reception area, I was lead inside to store my belongings into a locker and then to my room.

When going for facials / spas I prefer to wear something comfortable, easy to take off and doesn't crease easily in case they don't provide hangers (but Cres did).

The tube dress I was asked to change into was way too loose.. =/ If it weren't for me holding it up, it would drop right off me. Consider getting smaller sizes, please?

The room is small and cosy with a bed and sink. Although it's pretty dark inside, the light source is directly above my head so I found it too glaring. Bed wasn't the most comfortable so I did have a little problem relaxing but the massage helped a lot.

*I must apologize for I did not take any photos during the whole process. The therapist sorta took my mind off it so I guess that's a good thing xP

She started off with the usual; double cleanse, scrub & cold steam.

Then came the part I was not looking forward to : extraction. My previous and first experience left me with numerous pimples & scars and hurt like hell!

Fortunately, the therapist at Cres made extraction almost pain free!

My face did not have as much redness either so I'm really pleased and relieved. Do excuse the uber dark panda eyes..

She then applied different types of crystallinear essences on my face. Check out their functions!

"Anti Aging Essence: Containing Liposomal Fibroblast Growth Factor and Epidermis Growth Factor, helps to revive skin cell, restores damage tissue and stimulates new cell growth, making skin look young and glowing.

Hydrating Essence: Containing Flexin that can activate white blood cells for a faster damaged tissue repair thus tightening and reducing wrinkle effectively. It is also rich in Hyaluronic Acid leaving skin ultra nourished and moisturized. The existence of Inhipase reduces inflammation and sensitivity of the skin, leaving skin soothed and calmed.

Whitening Essence: Containing Arbutin from Bearberry Extract. It inhibits tyrosinase and thus prevents the formation of melanin, leaving skin very well toned and lightened, with a layer of egg like smoothness being felt."

With the essence as a lubricant, the therapist used crystals to massage my face. This felt good and was quite relaxing.

"Using top grading natural quartz crystal with different level of mineral contents based on different skin condition. Experiencing the pleasure very relaxing and enchanting therapeutic Chakra Massage. Its main function is to unblock and stimulate lymph nodes, increase blood circulation to allow more oxygen and nutrients to the body’s organs; it stimulates the release of endorphins to remove and soften tension and stress of the body and mind."

Then came the RF Machine which I thought was the most awesome part! The Radio Frequency machine is supposed to firm your skin. The therapist massaged half of my face with it and gave me a mirror. The difference was astonishing!! My cheeks/skin were lifted, my chin sharper, less flab under the jaw and my skin appeared brighter.

Mask time to finish it ^_^ 15 minutes of quiet resting in a bright jungle (sounded like it anyway).

"Enzymatic Masque : A specially customized natural fruit enzyme complex works to remove dead skin cells accumulated on the skin surface, allowing effective absorbance of skin care nutrients deeper into the epidermis and dermis layers. It can also reduce skin discoloration problem and bring a fairer looking skin tone.

Matrix Masque: It is an enriched collagen fortified masque that hydrates, tones and refines. Stimulates collagen production for a firmer and more youthful facial contour and skin elasticity.

Soft Masque: Containing Ginseng Extract that revitalizes the skin while lubricating it to improve elasticity and tone. In addition to re-hydration, cells are oxygenated, calmed, soothed and softened."

A short shoulder massage indicated the end of my 2 hour session. I was informed that the therapy is dehydrating so it's best to drink lots of liquids and apply hydrating skincare.

Here's some before and after photos.. Ignore the appearance of new pimples as they were caused by a new product I was using.

Skin was instantly more hydrated and fine lines appear less harsh.
