Inspired by a photo I saw online.
Basically, it's Sally Hansen Hard As Nails Xtreme Wear Nail Colour (Blue It) with Essie Matte About You and a random top coat applied last. I slept right after which explains the lines!
Sorta failure cos the different between the matte and shiny wasn't obvious enough. Also, the shine and matte disappeared soon and it looked like a mess =(

i haven't tried ths one from essie but the matte top coat that i have is the one from china glaze.
ReplyDeletei realized that im not a matte finish fan but it's till nice to done something unique once in a while.

ReplyDeleteI much prefer shiny nails too! Matte nails are just meh.. And chip/scratch easier =(
