They make their ytf on the spot fresh and the fish paste is really really FISH.
After the food is stuffed with fish paste, they're fried on the spot. It may take a while for your food to be ready but at least you know it's freshly prepared.
Take your pick! Baskets of raw food are lined up on the table and you take whatever you fancy, then pass it to them to be stuffed.
Grabbed a few brinjal slices to start. I overheard the lady saying that they only cut the brinjal when it's running low because when brinjals are left outside they darken.
I like the stuffed tofu pok on the top! It's chewy and bouncy plus the tofu really soaks up the soup mmmm~~
There are a variety of vegetables and tofu skin foodstuff including tofu skin rolls, fried inverted tofu pok (it becomes VERY crunchy), dumpling and our ultimate favourite - fu chuk.
Our dinner cost us about RM 30 and we couldn't finish it at all. The best part about this ytf is actually the soup! I fell head over heels for it upon my first spoon. Totally addicted! I suspect the taste is so intense because they have so many bones from making the fish paste. Some shops mix the fish flesh with other ingredients to make the paste so they do not have as many fish bones for the soup.
We tapau-ed ours home but you can also eat here. It's clean and there are many many chairs and tables next door and along the walkway as well. They give dine-ins a ridiculously big bowl of soup but we managed to finish it anyway. Don't waste good soup!
Right across is a grassy carpark where you can park for free. I think it's actually meant for parents of the school across (SRJK Han Ching Puchong) but it's open for public parking.
