Driving around PJ, you might have noticed Jaya One's brand new entrance at The School by Jaya One’s Level P2, which now leads to the newest AEON BiG in PJ! At 41,527 sq feet, the new place is huuuge with everything you need for your home.
”Jaya One has been one of the pioneer developments in Section 13, and along with the new norm and social distancing practices, we felt that Jaya One as a whole needs to reinvent the wheel to stay ahead. We are excited for AEON BiG’s opening along with more openings of other brands in trend as we hope to welcome our community back with something experiential amid social distancing orders.
This whole approach is part of our journey toward improving customer experience and keeping pace with changing customer needs to stay relevant,” said Charles Wong, Executive Director of Tetap Tiara Sdn Bhd, the developer of The School by Jaya One.
Malaysia's first ‘hybrid’ AEON BiG
We've waited a long 7 months for the renovation to complete and I'm not disappointed. Jointly initiated by Jaya One and AEON BiG, the hypermarket is a revolutionary concept that includes its sister company, AEON’s assortments and food offerings such as the La Boheme Bakery, C’est La Vie Japan, Korea, and Taiwan-imported products, Ready To Eat delights and sushi selections – making it the first ‘hybrid’ AEON BiG in Malaysia. The AEON BiG in Jaya One also offers 80% fresher seafood which includes ocean-fresh fish directly imported from Norway, as well as fresh-cut vegetables and fruits – aiming to create a unique AEON BiG experience like never before.
Drive-thru counters and personal shoppers
Aligning to the new normal post-MCO, AEON BiG also widens its offerings with new initiatives such as drive-thru counters and personal shoppers to pick and purchase groceries for customers – all designed to infuse more experiential moments into the shopping experience at Jaya One.
While you're there, you can also stop by Guardian, Tiger Sugar, Famous Amos, Sangkaya, Fulleaf and FLYBYFLY; the type of convenience PJ residents are looking for.
